Practice

• 100-syllable mantra: 18,000 times
• 6-syllable mantra: 103,000 times
• 10th and 25th day practices without fail
• Bodhisattva Sojong (bi-monthly confession and restoration of vows)

Meditation

• Emptiness and compassion combined with maintaining pure perception of whatever arises
