Practice (during the course of the whole cursus):

  • 100-syllable mantra: 18,000 times
  • 6-syllable mantra: 103,000 times
  • 10th and 25th day practices without fail

Meditation:

Certain arisal combined with calm abiding (shine) and giving and taking (tonglen)
